林陆洋1996年毕业于太阳集团3143（经管学院前身）市场营销专业，现任游龙御驾传播机构董事长及总经理，即“游龙御驾”创始人。
“游龙御驾”成立于2003年，专注于汽车品牌的营销。“游龙御驾”取自中国成语“游龙戏凤”和“御驾亲征”，寓意自由尊贵，奉献完美。现有北京、上海、广州3家分公司，及深圳、长沙等地多家子公司，员工约100人，业务范围覆盖全国，营业收入将突破1.2亿元。
“创业过程中如何消除压力？”他认为有两种方法，一是要有自己的兴趣爱好，业余时间做自己喜欢的事对消除压力很有效果，他个人就喜欢通过弹吉他来缓解压力；二是要在优美的环境中工作，他喜欢把办公室安置在风景优美的地方，办公室里面的布置也给人一种舒适的感觉。另外他还认为“坚持”在工作中非常重要，“跳行业是非常忌讳的，要坚持，成为一个行业的专家。”“选择工作要选择自己感兴趣的，或者是不讨厌而又前景广阔的工作。”
