太阳集团3143召开党委理论中心组 “树立正确政绩观 ，以实干实绩实效推进学院高质量发展”专题学习会议

2024年1月23日，太阳集团3143党委理论学习中心组在三教301会议室召开“树立正确政绩观，以实干实绩实效推进学院高质量发展”专题学习会议。院党委书记叶文忠主持会议，院党委理论学习中心组成员参加会议。
叶文忠指出，全体党员领导干部要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于树立和践行正确政绩观的重要论述，自觉落实全面从严治党总体要求，树立和践行正确的政绩观，紧扣学院中心工作合理谋划学院2024年发展战略，以实干实绩实效推进学院高质量发展。

叶文忠强调，干事创业要树立正确的政绩观。一是要紧扣中心任务、心怀国之大者、严守廉洁自律、狠抓工作落实；二是要将个人发展与学校战略、学院发展相结合，将统揽大局与精准思维、深化落实相结合，将廉政建设与党建事业、业务工作相结合；三是要深入贯彻新发展理念，有力推动高质量发展，围绕学院中心任务，服务学校“十四五”发展战略和湖南省“三高四新”美好蓝图。
在集中学习环节，院党委委员、副院长张松彪作中心发言，院党委副书记王鹤领学。与会其他人员紧扣主题，密切结合工作实际进行了研讨。
会议还对如何高效开展2023年度党员民主评议和党支部书记“双述双评”工作进行了指导。
