太阳集团3143召开2023年度支部书记“双述双评”集中述职评议会议

2024年3月5日，太阳集团3143党委在三教301会议室举行2023年度党支部书记“双述双评”集中述职评议会议。院党委书记叶文忠主持会议，全体院领导班子、各系部（办公室）主任、全体党支部书记、各支部党员代表参加会议。

会上，各党支部书记围绕2023年度支部工作实际，通过PPT汇报方式，详细地向院党委报告了支部重点任务完成、主题教育开展以及存在的问题与改进等方面的情况。院党委领导班子成员对各党支部工作完成情况进行了逐个点评。
叶文忠对2023年度各党支部工作作出了肯定，希望全体党支部书记针对支部目前仍存在的问题，开拓思想、创新方式、勇于改进，切实加强基层党支部战斗堡垒作用，充分发挥基层党员同志先进性和模范性。他强调，基层党支部建设应立足“三个聚焦”：一是聚焦政治引领，坚持在全面学习、全面落实上下功夫，不断增强“政治三力”；二是要聚焦中心大局，以“目标管理任务”为中心，着力推进支部党建工作与日常业务工作深度融合，增强支部党建的时代性和号召力；三是要聚焦基层建设，主动对标“双创”标准，持续推进“五化”建设，规范落实“三会一课”，以高质量党建推动学院高质量发展。
与会人员对党支部书记集中述职评议进行了测评打分。
